The federal government has issued a $10 million grant to Yonkers to promote a healthy marriage program, according to a report in lohud.com. The five-year program is designed to target nearly 500 young adults and at-risk youths in Yonkers, Greenburgh, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle and Tuckahoe, lohud reported.
