The Tuckahoe Board of Education has appointed a former Port Chester educator as the interim principal at the William E. Cottle Elementary School. At a special meeting on Tuesday, the Board appointed Louis Cuglietto - who served as principal at the John F. Kennedy Magnet School in Port Chester for 15 years - as the interim principal, replacing the retiring George Albano.
