Workers are putting the finishing touches on a 47-unit rental complex that is scheduled to open in early August in Tuckahoe. Andrea Braunstein, who works Houlihan Lawrence in Bronxville, said the project at 300-308 Columbus Ave. includes 41 studio units and six one-bedroom units.
