EASTCHESTER, N.Y. Hundreds of friends, family members, classmates and local officials flocked to the Immaculate Conception Church in Tuckahoe on Thursday to mourn the death and celebrate the life of John Crimmins, the Yonkers man who drowned in waters off the Jersey Shore over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. On a somber, rainy day, cars lined the streets of Tuckahoe, directed by local police officials as they made their way to the church, which saw a steady stream of mourners making their way into the church.
