Several roadways were temporarily shut down in Tuckahoe when a tree fell onto a roadway, bringing down several power lines. On Wednesday afternoon, a tree was knocked over near the intersection of Rogers Street and Maynard Street, breaking a utility pole and toppling several wires, causing a hazard in the area.
