Police in Tuckahoe are seeking the public's assistance as they search for the family of a pit bull that was found by patrol officers in the village overnight. Officers on patrol at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning spotted the dog near the intersection of Main Street and Midland Place without tags or other identifying information.
