Eastchester Schools Superintendent Walter Moran III has been named as the "Man of the Year" by the Order Sons of Italy In America Giuseppe Garibaldi Lodge. At the 12th annual scholarship dinner at The Fountainhead in New Rochelle next week, the "Man of the Year" will be joined with honorees from the local police departments in Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville and Alexandria Tucci, Miss Columbus 2016 who will star at the upcoming Columbus Day Parade.
