Two of the 11 Hudson Valley residents who were charged Thursday in a massive mob bust , including a Westchester man under Federal supervision, have been characterized as "prolific offenders," by Rockland District Attorney Thomas Zugibe, according to a report by lohud.com. Pasquale "Patsy" Parrello of Tuckahoe reportedly participated in the illegal activities in spite of being under Federal supervision as a result a past mob-connected conviction, lohud.com said.
