Most members are repeating terms of service, but the newly elected or appointed board includes benefactors and volunteers Daniel Lang and John Spruck, Tuckahoe village Trustee Steve Alfasi and Tuckahoe resident Dream Harris. Board Chair Lovely Billups welcomed the new members and expressed confidence that ECAP will continue its service to the youths, seniors and families in Tuckahoe, Eastchester and Bronxville under the leadership of Don Brown, area director.
