Vito Pinto, director of the Westchester County Veterans Service Agency, is stepping down from the post at the end of March, County Executive Rob Astorino announced Friday. Pinto has held the position since 2010, and prior to that he served in elected office in the county, Eastchester and Tuckahoe for 27 years.
