A third teen, Florend Gjevukaj, an 18-year-old Yonkers resident, has been charged by the Clarkstown Detective Bureau in connection with the assaults that occurred at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack on Friday, Nov. 28, police said. Two 17-year-olds -- Chris Bujaj of Tuckahoe and Ardijan Mehaj of Yonkers -- had previously being charged in the incident.
