EASTCHESTER, N.Y. Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville eateries are once again gearing up to showcase seasonal, local ingredients, as Hudson Valley Restaurant Week returns to Westchester County. HRVW, an annual Westchester County rite for foodies in the Tri-State area, kicks off today, and lasts through Sunday, Nov. 16, featuring prix fixe, three-course lunches for $20.95 and dinners for $29.95 .
